What are the office hours?
Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM
Closed on Sunday
What are the access hours?
Access your unit at any time, 24/7.
What are the special holiday hours for your facility?
We are closed on July 4th, December 24th, December 25th, January 1st, and Thanksgiving Day.
How do I secure my unit?
We provide a combination disk lock with every rental, free of charge. *Please return lock to facility dropbox upon vacating your unit.
Am I required to store long-term?
We offer flexible month-to-month lease options. You can store with us for as short or as long as you need, with a one-month minimum rental.
How do I pay my storage bill?
You can pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Additionally, you can request autopay enrollment at anytime by emailing ASCinfo@americanstorageco.com or calling (607) 548-0085.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, is required.
What items am I not allowed to store?
You cannot store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, or combustible items/liquids.
Do I need insurance coverage on my stored property?
American Storage Co. does not provide insurance for tenant property. Tenants are responsible for securing their own insurance coverage. Homeowners or renters insurance may extend to items in offsite storage. For added convenience, American Storage Co. offers optional third-party insurance plans alongside your rental agreement as an added expense.
